Our resident computer expert, with an HND in the male dominated filed of computer-aided engineering, & a qualified higher education lecturer, who in the past spent a very rewarding part of her time teaching the partially sighted & hard of hearing.

On her 850cc motorbike, April attends motorcycle rallies up & down the country, & has the distinction of having cycled 215 miles along the Trans Pennine Trail – a very wet & soggy experience, but she loved every minute!

As a chartered accountant obviously a very interesting person. Favourite things are anything involving chocolate. I have two children who keep me busy and I am the secretary of the PTA at their school. I try to keep fit and enjoy taking part in the Race For Life each year.

Bringing her lovely Scottish accent with her, Anthea migrated from Dundee to the Ribble Valley when she fell for & married a local Waddington man. A member of Clitheroe Amateur Op & Drama Society, Anthea's hidden talent is on the  trampoline - she was a coach for 3 years & competed nationally for her University, but having two children under three has kept her feet firmly on the ground of late.

In her younger days Deborah was a ball room & latin American dancer. Not one to miss out, she took 5 months off to go backpacking in her early 30’s, before settling down to live on a farm. Deborah’s great pleasure is to take off with her partner in their touring caravan, usually to Wales, the Lakes’ or Yorkshire Dales.

Probably the quietest member of the team, Barbara enjoys the great outdoors, not just walking but also doing archery.

Previous experience includes working for a children's book publishers translating young children's books from French into English; & as a PA for a shipping company.

Claims to fame: has held Marc Bolan’s hand.

Loves: cooking to loud music, Shona’s Mars Bar cake – who in the office doesn’t?
